Tarya was recommended by an Architect, and her brief was to coordinate the refurbishment and expansion of a busy Eye Surgery Clinic to incorporate a new associate. There was a broad scope of activities undertaken from furnishing and fit-out of consulting rooms and a large waiting room, internal and external painting, replacement of all lighting with LED fittings, acquisition and installation of artwork, and placement of internal and external signage. In addition, Tarya referred us to appropriate contacts for creation of a logo and website. I can highly recommend Tarya as a conscientious hard worker who always displayed utmost professionalism and attention to detail, who was prompt in dealing with any encountered difficulties, and who gave an accurate assessment of budget and timeline in advance.

My husband and I are building a home and needed someone to design the joinery and design. We were referred to Tarya from Corben Spencer. From the first day we met Tarya, I was instantly comfortable and happy with the person I was going to deal with and I was not wrong. From day 1 Tarya has been amazing. She took the time to listen to what we want, made suggestions, and helped us out in every way she could. No questions were too much trouble, and made it so easy for us that we had no stress at all. Tarya did a brilliant job in drawing the joinery and was happy to come to our place to go through the designs and amend them where they had to be amended. When I sent the builder the designs he could not believe what a great job she did and how easy it makes his job as a builder, he wished he got these designs in so much detail from every client. Also we were very happy with the cost as well as the work that was put into it was so worth it. We have no hesitation in recommending Tarya, you will not be disappointed.

We hired Tarya to provide interior design advice for our brand new 5 bedroom house. We wanted a modern, contemporary feel to the new house but were fairly limited in terms of the available budget. Although we had a general idea of the look and feel of our new house, we were looking for an interior designer to help carefully guide us through the process. Tarya was the perfect person for the job. She was very responsive, flexible with meeting times, understood our requirements well and was able to provide multiple options for each element of the project. We were impressed at her level of knowledge about all the different types of finishes; flooring, tiles, laminate finishes, stone tops, etc. One other thing that we were appreciative of was that she was would provide multiple options of finishes which matched our price requirement but still looked fantastic. Tarya was able to work within our very tight timelines. She finalized our report in great time, which helped to keep our construction process ticking along nicely. I highly recommend her services.

We recently decided to renovate our kitchen and three bathrooms. We were not intending to engage with an interior designer, simply because we thought "well how hard can it be". A friend insisted we meet with Tarya (he recently used her on a project and was very impressed). Prior to meeting with Tarya our thoughts were "we'll listen to what she has to say" - still not convinced we needed an ID. At our first brief, walking Tarya through the house, I watched her listen and absorb both our words and the energy of our home. We then sat down and asked her "so what do you think"? It was after the next five minutes I remember looking at my husband and thinking - how can we possibly do this without her. She brought so many ideas and suggestions to the table that we neeeeever would have thought of. She introduced us to materials we never knew existed and yet somehow managed to achieve spaces that family and friends still say "this home is such a reflection of you guys" but I know if it wasn't for Tarya we certainly would not have achieved our WOW factor. Several attributes which stand out with Tarya - She listens to you, she actually listens. And this is the basis of her thinking. I found this invaluable because the whole time she took our thoughts and set out to create a space which would function and suit us - not her or perhaps a showroom. Tarya explains the why and the how so very clearly that you realise how easy it is to get it wrong, another very important factor!!! Her suggestions of the use of different materials and colour and how they may or may not work together can only (in my opinion) come from a professional And the budget, she was always conscious of our budget, and managed to keep me in line. We did go over but that was due to unforeseen circumstances. So now we live with our WOW and everyday I feel absolutely and completely happy in my environment Tarya created for my family. There is no doubt in my mind, if you want a job done properly - leave it to the experts and Tarya is certainly one of them :)) All the best, Teresa Di Sisto

Tarya was excellent! She helped me settle into my apartment perfectly without any problems. Going home everyday to something new and perfectly arranged, i couldn't have asked for a better interior designer than herself, she's not only caring she takes responsibility for her work to every corner.
