I recently engaged The Plumbing and Gas Guys for a renovation of my two bathroom. I think they did a fantastic job and I will be using them for ny upcoming laundry and kitchen renovation too. Best quote by far and the workmanship was to a very high standard. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend

From the beginning the office ladies were loverly, I had a plumber out within the day who was knowledgeable and friendly. I had an invoice and reciept sent directly to me email so no need to file receipts and warranty’s and I then got an email offering me 10% of for next time woohoo bargain !

Had a new electric water unit, came the next day to install. Very courteous, informative and punctual a pleasure to deal with. I will of course be recommending The plumbing and Gas Guys to all family and friends.

Reliable and professional work. I had a new vanity put in and the guys were on time, polite and did a good job at a good price. I would recommend this company.

Not only was my new hot water system not installed properly initially but they damaged my porcelain tiles during the process and are denying responsibility. This is in a rental property so I only managed to view and observe the damage 4.5 months later- which according to The Plumbing and Gas Guys is way too long ago. Thank goodness I did as water had also been dripping onto the floor in an internal cupboard for the whole time. They fixed the water dripping so get a little credit for that but their defensive behavior and insinuations that I am not honest is very poor behavior. Very dissatisfied with customer service and attitude. Would

The management is rude and engage in harassment. They quote but do not stick to their quotes. They do not provide invoices (which is illegal and would surely be of interest to the ATO?) They charge credit cards without authorization even when they haven't been engaged to/completed the work. They threaten with court and then send a claim for late fees at about $30/day and include those fees for up to 6-months into the future. They include costs for which they are not entitled under law and will drag you to court then not bother to file a statement of claim and details and didn't even turn up for the hearing, but cost me two days wages to turn up so I didn't get an automatic judgement. They have chased me by phone and harassed me on the internet and then this week sent two grubby big men in a plain van who said they were collecting for the "gas guys". Despite the fact that I have a court decision that dismisses your case management have apparently paid a big Polynesian to back up a guy who delivers the words that I have to pay - soon. That borders on my needing a restraining order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE.... I have serious doubts about the authenticity of any glowing reviews because of the volume and severity of the poor reviews.

These guys were great! Started my bathrom reno in silly season and just had the finishing touches done this week. Highly recommend these guys and there A grade bathroom and kitchen appliances. Amazing job! Wife is stoked and so am i. Thanks kevin and lisa claremont.

. 1 star would exceed any expectation from such a company. I was quoted $950 with maybe extra for pipe work, all my other quotes were for $1100 so I mistakenly chose The plumbing and gas Guys Balcatta Perth WA. My final bill was then $1650 I disagreed with the final amount and was also threatened with the courts and debt collectors in the form of very rude and unprofessional emails. WA Consumer protection states ; Sometimes, extra work or materials are needed due to unforeseen circumstances; you may be charged extra but the service provider should contact you before continuing with the work. I
