We hired Trades Genie to refinish the floor in the studio. We opted for a cement-like finish and they ended up pouring (a lot of) self-levelling cement which they sealed with epoxy - It looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the finish and the durability.

Joe is an excellent all around handyman, great at dealing with any unique challenge on a comprehensive range of household issues. He's also personable, forthright and, especially, trustworthy. And his quotes are reasonable and accurate. He's a busy guy, though, sometimes handling multiple projects, so if your project is time sensitive, I'd suggest being upfront about your time needs. He will definitely do his best to accommodate.

Joe was great! We had a long list of different things we needed to fix up on our home. He came by to do an estimate. Then when we hired him, he came the next week, and did everything on the list. There were no hassles. He's very calm and happy to explain what he plans to do and why. Where he ran into difficulties because parts were harder than expected, he just went ahead and did it and let us know what happened. He didn't charge us extra for the unexpected difficulties. He did accidentally send us a bill for too much, but said it was because he was getting used to his new invoice system and corrected it. Overall he was a pleasure to work with, and did great work. Would definitely hire him again.
