The slipcover is very well made and the fabric is good quality. It’s not exactly the same quality than my old pottery barn slipcover (made by Michel Gold) but I would said it’s very close. I bought many slipcover replacements over the years and it’s by far the best. I highly recommended. I will certainly buy from them in the future if I decide to change my color palette.

This is the 2nd time that I've ordered from this company- Sulaica really helped get the right dimensions to fit my old PB Charleston Chair and a Half. To get a custom slipcover for less than 1/2 of what PB is charging is amazing, and shipping is extraordinarily fast from Australia to California (I think it was 3 days). I love my new slipcover, it really makes my ancient chair new looking again.

I was so excited about ordering my two EKTORP sofa covers in claw-proof velvet. At almost $1200 AUD it was a big investment but after six months of consideration and examining sample fabrics I decided to go for it. Unfortunately it was quickly apparent that both the size (which was too big on all the cushions and the cover itself was so long that it was draped on the floor) and the colour were not as pictured in reviews - more purple than pink, presuming they had lots of lights on when they did their photoshoot. It was at this point that I realised - to my detriment - that Comfort Works has a ridiculous system designed to take your money. I would have been happy with a 75% refund and to return the goods to the company to sell again, but they (1) will not provide their address to send it back to (2) want you to take numerous photos of your couch, wash it, and spend more money to get it altered to fit (3) are a no refund online company. What was supposed to help me extend the life of my couches and be environmentally friendly has become just the opposite, I have two too-large couch covers that that will likely end up in landfill. Do yourself a favour do not buy from this company, they don't care about the customer, they care about making money, period. AVOID at all costs, literally.
