I highly recommend BlackWater Contracting for your remodeling projects. I was impressed from my first contact with Colton Gardner. He kept in contact as I went through the process of getting several estimates and was willing to answer any questions I had and promptly returned all of my calls. He kept me informed of scheduling of work being done and his crew were respectful of my property and always cleaned their work space before leaving each day. The project did take longer than expected but it was due to unavoidable shipping delays. The quality of work is outstanding. I am thrilled with the results and already planning to call them for a couple of additional projects. Get your project on their calendar soon!

On time, priced right, great work - the crew was awesome throughout. If I had any critique it would be on the sub contractors as the Blackwater guys were great. Subs were a little late on occasion and were very messy. BW guys were exactly the opposite - on time, on task and focused on delivering a great product.
