Leanne was recommended to me and she was great to work with. The first time she came to my house she spent about 2 1/2 hours with me, listening to how I wanted to update the floors and paint on the main level of my house, what accessories that I wanted to keep and those I wanted to replace. She had lots of paint samples with her and we were able to choose the colors that I would be using. Several days later she sent me email with the names of the color samples for the walls and doors and baseboards and suggestions for what colors I could use for lamps, cushions, etc. As I was looking for the vinyl plank flooring she met me at one of the flooring stores and also came back to my house to look at a number of flooring samples that I had brought home and helping me to make the final decision on the flooring. As installation of the flooring and the painting dragged on she called me several times to see how things were going and offering comments on the style of the doors and baseboards. After the flooring and painting were finished I had another consultation with her to go over the specifics of what furniture and accessories that I might want to replace with a more updated style. We went through every room talking about what I might want to do in these areas to give everything a more up to date look. Again a few days later she sent me an email with all that we talked about and her suggestions for me. I would happily refer Leanne to any friends if they needed some design and decorating idea.

We didn't know where to begin after moving into our bungalow condo, and Leanne was a god send of ideas and things we wouldn't have thought of as she helped us develop a vision as to colour schemes, lighting, and flooring. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the work she does, but the "icing on the cake" is her enthusiasm, her ability to connect with clients in a genuine unpressured and relaxing way, and her dedication to excellence. We highly recommend working with Leanne. We needed to paint throughout downstairs and also needed advice for kitchen cabinets and countertops. Leanne listened to the ideas we had and was able to guide us towards a coordinated end result. We have just finished the painting and are delighted with the look. Leanne provided useful and comprehensive plans for two of my projects, interior decorating and exterior house painting. Leanne was very helpful. My bathroom has a unique colour scheme. She gave me suggestions on how to complete my bathroom update with a fairly low cost budget allowing me to save money to put towards more extensive kitchen renovations.

Leanne took the stress out of not even knowing where to start when we had to choose a colour for our exterior. She realized decisions regarding colour choices of a home can be a challenge and helped us to narrow down the unlimited choices to a manageable level. She used large visuals of color possibilities in consideration of actual elements of the home and this action assisted us to be able to visualize how all could work together. Leanne realized that making a single color selection from an array of similar color tones is not easy but using a system and sets of questions like, “Is this one better than this one?” allowed for the calm elimination of the color shades that would not work. Leanne knew when to be a listener and when to give the benefit of her experience to add to our decision. We are so pleased with the results of our choices Leanne assisted us with.
