Colleen was our realtor when we decided to purchase our first home. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods/subdivisions in the suburbs of Columbus, as well as what is important to look for when buying a home. As first time home-buyers, it was nice to have someone who was extremely friendly and willing to educate us on the process. There simply are not enough words to describe how fulfilling our experience was working with Colleen. She spent months with us searching for the perfect home, educating us on neighborhoods, school systems, construction nuances, you name it, she made sure we were aware of it. When we couldn't find the perfect home and decided to build, she pulled a rabbit out of a hat, finding us the perfect builder in the perfect neighborhood (one that, while it was right down the street, we did not even know existed). Colleen fought for us and by our side as we worked through the negotiation process, and had no qualms putting the builder in their place to ensure we were well taken care of and happy. When it came time to sell our home, we listed in what was still a relatively slow market. Her expertise on pricing and marketing were spot on - the house sold in about 2 weeks, for asking price. The sale process was the easiest thing we had ever been through. As it was our first time selling, she walked us through each step, communicating in detail what to expect. Colleen is the culmination of everything you would ever hope for in a realtor, and more. She's an absolute expert, and cares deeply for her clients. We have recommended Colleen to at least half a dozen buyers/sellers since we started working with her a year ago, and will continue to refer her way until the end of time!
