Coast Spas Hot Tubs

I have owned a coast curved spa for 2.5 years it has spent last time running that it has working. So far I have replaced a pump the spa pack had several leaks. The spa pack now needs to be replaced again and customer service will not talk to only s be me back to the dealer that sold the hottub and no longer is a dealer for Coast Spa. This repair even though under warranty they want me to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. Oh and the bracket for the lifter on the hot-tub has broken twice.

When it came time for me to purchase a spa, I went straight to Coast Spas and haven't looked back. My family has been using their spas for years and never had any issues.
