Morgan and Lucas are the best. They promised for the work to be finished in a day, and they did. They came at 8:00 AM sharp and left passed 6:00PM. They concentrate on the details and their work shows it. It's quality they're after. No cutting corners. They are very friendly and listened to any suggestion I gave them: it made feel empowered how these professionals went by one of my ideas (a personal touch). In the end both my wife and I were very pleased with their work. Oh, and they also cleaned the workplace as if they were never there. I told them that I wouldn't hesitate calling them again for the next project. I would recommend their services to anyone interested in having some work home at their kitchen or bathroom.

From Design, Vision and Workmanship, CMSuby is outstanding. We recently upgraded our laundry room and the final product is spectacular. Although we had our own ideas, Morgan has great vision and guided us through the design of a room that is extremely functional optimizing every inch of space. This is our second experience with Morgan as he re-built three bathrooms two years ago for us. They are absolutely gorgeous and functional…and the workmanship is second to none. His attention to detail is exceptional, taking pride in every step of the process.

We live in a two story colonial that was built in the 1980’s. We have 2 ½ baths in our home and they needed work to be done on them. In fact, two of the full bathrooms needed major work/renovation. We visited a showroom in North Plainfield and picked out faucets and fixtures, cabinets, counters, and tubs. I had trepidation in regards to who I could trust to do the renovations; especially on multiple rooms and where would I start? The firm that we purchased these fixtures also highly recommended Morgan’s firm and put their trust in him. I contacted Morgan and he visited our home and made some recommendations, etc. We started on the first floor half bath and the end result was stunning. Morgan was meticulous and he treated my home as his own. He made sure that the end result was PERFECT and if there were imperfections with anything, he fixed them. So, we had a party for family and the bathroom was completed on time and everyone spoke very highly of the professional work that was done. Since this bathroom was perfect, I was ready for the second bathroom renovation to start. This bathroom was what the kids used while growing up and had chips on the sink area as well as the drain was rusting out and the bathtub needed major work. The room was gutted and new tile (floor and walls), new sinks, new soaking tub, and glass doors (instead of a shower curtain) were installed. What a transformation. I loved the work that Morgan did. He even painted the rooms as well. Two down, one more to go! I was expecting to start the third bathroom renovation in February/March 2015, however, an opening was available and Morgan started the Master Bath project during the coldest days of the winter. The entire room was gutted to the studs and ceiling. Two walls were removed and a new door was planned. The old shower stall, the linen closet, the old bathtub and ugly sinks were removed. Morgan saved his best work for the Master Bath and transformed it to a beautiful and restful location. I am so impressed with the transformation and the beauty of the room. I relied on Morgan’s expertise and experience and he didn’t disappoint me. I am planning on a Kitchen remodeling project in the future and I’ll most definitely contact Morgan for his assistance. Morgan is an excellent worker and he ensures that everything is perfect. I would highly recommend him for any renovation project that is needed in your home.

I highly recommend Suby Contracting. It is extremely difficult to find a quality contractor for your home and we were lucky to find Morgan Suby. I recently had a leak in my master bathroom which made its way through the ceiling of my living room below. Morgan assessed the damage and provided an estimate for the repairs. A 3' x 3' square was cut from the ceiling, patched and the entire 2000 sq ft ceiling repainted. You can not see a single seam or mark from the original damage or from the repairs. He removed every high hat from the ceiling to paint under them and covered every surface, keeping the work area clean. It looks brand new! After seeing his work, attention to detail, and professionalism, we wanted him to work on the bathroom above. He was clear in providing quotes and his availability. He also took time to detail repairs for my homeowner's insurance for the damage caused by the original leak. Since the job would take several weeks, we gave him access to the house while we were at work. Every day the work area was contained and cleaned. We broadened the scope of the job (well beyond the water damage) and it became a complete bathroom remodel down to the floor joists and the studs of the shower. Now we love our marble bathroom and roomy glass-enclosed shower. Morgan has great attention to detail, does quality work without shortcuts and is personally considerate of living space. He worked with us recommending selections, along with Vicki at Birdsall, and the dream picture I had saved from Houzz.com became our new bathroom. Morgan held his price from start to finish. Naturally, as with any home project, we added things for extra cost and he worked those unplanned items into the schedule. I highly recommend Morgan and his crew and I'm looking forward to our next project with him.
