Hiring CM Chartier was an excellent choice. My wife had me get three quotes from three reputable local contractors. I found CMC on the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce website. They were prompt, on time, on budget and completed all of the quality work they were hired to do. My deck that they needed to rehab is over 1000 square and feet 10 feet above the ground. I would recommend CM Chartier to friends! Excellent choice of contractors and people!

Replacement of windows on 3 season screened sunroom and painting entire house Recreated a pediment over my front door. Excellent woodworking skills. They were polite, responsive to our needs and produced skilled work.

We hired CM Chartier to plan and execute a complex and time-sensitive project including: roofing exterior and interior wall & trim carpentry ventilation insulation plumbing electrical interior & exterior painting hardwood flooring installation & carpet replacement intricate stair & rail carpentry bathroom tile all the finishing touches needed to achieve our goals We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, quality of work, pricing fairness and respect for our property displayed throughout our project. These guys are truly the A-team of home improvement, and I'm willing to answer detailed questions about our project for those considering CM Chartier as a service provider.

Peace of mind was provided immediately following a report of a tree falling through our roof July 3rd, 2014 at 11pm. One call to Chartier Contracting and they assured me they would be on my job next morning, July 4th no less, to immediately secure our home and protect from an impending hurricane. Within 1 week I had a very fair estimate for total repairs and approval from our insurance to proceed. The work was performed as scheduled and Chartier checked regularly to gauge my satisfaction. All of the crew were professional! Chartier Contracting made an otherwise terrible experience a fairly simple process to resolve!

Chartier Contracting replaced the dry rot damaged jill-bound along the side of my home. Chartier came the first day I called awd loft my feeling they would take care of everything including my insurance company. The daily professionalism from the office people to the crow that did the work was greatly appreciated by me as I am a quality manager at a lasers sub-mount company.

Over a period of about 1 year the CM Chartier Co. has been working on several projects at my home, updating both the interior and exterior. THe results have provided me a much more attractive and efficient home. The outdoor landscaping and design makes it look like a designers showcase and I have received many compliments. THe work crew has been pleasant, cooperative, and neat.

I had Chartier Contracting replace my roof, and they built a deck off of my three season porch. There was one day when I was having trouble with my kitchen ceiling fan. I called them and they were here in just a couple hours and the problem was fixed. We plan on using them to replace our front porch in the near future as well. There prices are fair and there are very professional. One of the workers who goes by the name of Pat actually made a nice neat pile of wood for my son to play with and act out the role of a construction worker. I would recommend Chartier Contracting for any hosing project.
