Renz Landscapes

We needed a drainage situation resolved in our backyard. We wanted to also replace and extend an existing walkway and hard surface some nooks and crannies near our house. Kurt worked with us to come up with a solution that was functional and attractive.

When we bought our house, you could not even see it from the street. Renz Landscapes came to the rescue! Curt Renz excavated the yard, front and back, and I do mean excavated. He built the retaining wall and planted all new flower beds and grass. Our home now is seen from the street with plants that add color, texture, and shape all year round. I like that Curt takes a personal interest in his work and has wonderful suggestions! He is very knowledgeable in plants and design and very professional.

Renz Landscapes (RL) was contacted this year to design and install our landscape vision that my wife and I agreed upon. It was a true pleasure working with (RL) in area of communication, planning, cost and execution of the overall scope of the work from start to finish. Level of knowledge and experience were invaluable- this was demonstrated when it came to plant/tree selections, stone layout/design, and work execution. The overall l(RL) team was very professional and in the area of attention to detail was unquestionable throughout the process working with (RL). We are planning to work with (RL) on future projects.

In early Spring of this year (2017) I called Renz Landscaping about some issues with my yard. Curt (Renz) came out to my house to review my concerns and within a few days came back with some recommended solutions. I went over Curt's proposal and we very quickly agreed to the scope and price of the project. Miguel (Santos)did all the work in a completely professional and competent manner. I am extremely pleased with the work of Renz landscaping.

I hired Mr.Kurt Renz, and his assistant Miguel Santos in April, 2014 to redo my front and backyard landscaping. The so called reputable company I hired several years before Mr.Renz did a very poor job with the front and backyard landscaping project. Mr.Renz is a landscaping architect with a degree in landscape architecture from NCSU. Mr. Renz, did a beautiful blueprint for me before installing the new plants, bushes, trees, and flowers. Mr.Renz is very knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape architecture. He understands the growing cycles of each plant, tree, flower etc.. and the best soil the plant will flourish in. I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors and strangers passing by on how beautiful the landscaping looks. Mr.Renz's assistant Miguel, has maintained the landscaping since 2014. Miguel is an extremely hard worker and trustworthy. Miguel did install a vegetable garden bed made of stone last summer. I have been growing my own vegetables, since last summer and all the vegetables have done well. Mr.Renz is extremely approachable and I am able to call him anytime with questions and concerns. I highly recommend Renz's Landscaping for all and any landscaping needs.

Adding a paver patio to the front of a house in Cary, NC was an amazing concept I came up with to give the small ranch home some attractive curb appeal. The next step was to hire an experienced company to execute this idea. In comes Renz Landscapes. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the design, project completion time, budget, communication and final product. We made A LOT of money on this home and the front renovations definitely helped with multiple offers and setting our home apart from all the others in our community.
