Clay Jones is a very professional builder! My client looked at a spec home he is building in Oldham County and fell in love with it. Clay spent several hours with us explaining in detail what was planned for the home and what was included in the allowances. My client has never built before, and Clay did a wonderful job explaining the process and time frames. After our meeting, my client commented on what a professional builder Clay is. Needless to say we wrote a contract and now are eagerly awaiting the completion of the home!

コメント：love this brick colorNo we haven't used it with stone before, but I did see a home in Grand Oaks(Crestwood) that looks like Monroe with stone. It is the last house on the left side of Grand Oaks Drive(40014).

コメント：May I ask the dimensions of the basement entrance area? Thank you!We used a 2'-8" wide door. That was a little tight for one large couch that we moved into the basement. It might be better with a 3'-0" wide door.

コメント：Love this porch, what is the decking material?The flooring on this porch was made by a company called Tendura, who is no longer in business. They went out of business because their product did not hold up to the elements including on this porch....

コメント：Column base and tapered column size?The base of the painted portion of the front porch columns are about 16", and they taper to about 10" at the top of the column.

コメント：What is the exterior paint color?For the exterior trim we had a custom blended paint made to match the color 'Pearl' by Crane Siding. You can probably get a sample of this color from a siding supplier and match it at your local pain...
