Clarence Davids & Company

I contacted Clarence Davids & Company for a quote back in June. I was called by one of their designers and later was rescheduled due to a family emergency; which is not a problem that happens, I missed the appointment -my mistake, I was not able to be home. -The designer seemed flexible and said he would measure and that he would return with an architect in order to complete a design/quote. He arrived with the architect without calling in advance; fortunately, one of us was home at the time when he rang the doorbell only to say that he had been outside with an architect looked at our property and left his card saying that he would get back to us with a quote. Never asked us what our thought were for the project, and/or design expectations. Only that he would let us know what the project would cost. I am not sure how the process works but was never offended by his actions just confused by the lack of communication and remained hopeful that I would eventually get a call about design details that he would need in order to complete a quote or possibly scheduling another appointment to finalize the details... -It has been a couple of months since we last heard from Clarence Davids & Company and currently do not have a quote. for this reason I rate them one star. I can give them credit for having the ability to take my information and send someone out. The rest speaks for itself..
