We engaged CK Renovations to renovate our condominium and could not be happier with the results. Chris was always available and willing to answer all of our questions. Chris clearly communicated with us during each step of the project and notified us promptly of any modifications that were expected. Everyone who worked on the renovation was professional and respectful of our space. Chris and his team worked quickly and efficiently. I have completed three major renovations on my home in the past four years, so I feel I speak with some level of knowledge and experience. The total renovation of main bathroom by Chris and CK Renovations was completed in the most efficient time one could expect. The quality of work was superior. As important, the communication throughout the process was exceptional. Chris will be the first one I call for any future projects. Reasonably priced, quality work and superior project management.

I hired Chris to do a full renovation of a master bath and update our kitchen. I had been saving up money for a while to do the projects. Chris guided me to make decisions that were cost effective for resale which was really helpful as I was getting a bit overwhelmed with all of the decisions. Chris takes personal responsibility for the quality of all subs. He kept me informed of progress and plans on a daily basis which was helpful for planning purposes. I look forward to working with Chris again on future projects.

Chris was wonderful to work with on my kitchen renovations! He is timely and transparent in his communications. I always knew where we were on the project including any hurdles (which were few). He gave me a list of recommended suppliers and helped me with some of the design decisions when I needed help. I highly recommend Chris and all of his subcontractors!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Chris and everyone who works with him at CK Renovations – five stars is just not high enough for this company and these people. Chris and his team did outstanding work from start to finish for us, produced results that far exceeded our expectations, and went above and beyond in every way to make the entire process completely stress-free for us. We hardly even recognize the two spaces that were once a weather-beaten old deck and a poorly constructed, leaky, and unusable screened porch. In their places, we now have a beautifully rejuvenated deck that looks brand new and will be much easier for us to maintain, and a gorgeous, light-filled, inviting sun room that we can’t wait to spend time in – and all of this not only flawlessly constructed, but also carefully designed so that the project could be accomplished within our limited budget. I can’t say enough about Chris’s competence, professionalism, customer focus and thoroughness, and most of all, his honesty. He communicated with us clearly, straightforwardly, and often, always keeping us informed of progress, next steps, timing, and cost. When we needed advice and recommendations, he gave us all the information we needed to make the best choices to suit our particular needs. Even when we changed our minds about a couple of things, Chris was flexible, positive, and reassuring in the way he responded – we could really tell that he and his whole team had our best interests at heart. We could not be more delighted with the way our project turned out or more satisfied with CK Renovations.

I've had a great experience with Chris and CK Renovations so far! Chris has been a great general contractor. Very communicative and quick at responding, plus he was open to trying to do everything on my wish list, within code. He's made sure to always point out any issues before proceeding with the renovation, and is on top of things if there's ever any issues. The work done on my house so far has been great! I've gotten kitchen updates, two bathroom renovations and a basement apartment renovation. Everything is great quality and he's made sure to recommend products that will be durable and good looking. Excited to continue working together on the next phase of renovations with Chris and the team!!

Chris and his team did an amazing job! The guys were all very trustworthy and respected our home. They did a great job cleaning up after each day since we were living in the house during the renovation! Chris was very easy to get in contact with and was very fair on pricing. The CK Renovations team was extremely professional, reliable and did an excellent job overhauling my 2nd floor. The attention to detail was far and above any other contractors I have used in the past. Chris provided feedback on design choices, paint colors and hardware! Chris is amazing to work with!! Very professional and conscientious from start to finish. We had CK gut our master and walk-in closet, completely re-do our laundry room, and paint two other rooms all while still living in the house. Chris cleaned up everyday and was gone before my wife or I got home each day. He made several suggestions that we did not even think of that added usable space, and also told us about new materials for flooring we did not even know existed. We implemented his recommendations and are glad we did. If you want a professional that you can trust to do the job they commit to, on the schedule agreeded to, and on budget, then you have to go with CK! We have other projects in mind and Chris will be the call we make. It will be easy.....he is now the only contractor in my contacts.

Chris - owner of CK Renovations was brilliant to work with. Everyone who was associated with him was on time, prepared and committed to the project. There was no "not showing up because of another job" nor juggling multiple projects simultaneously so yours was seemingly on the back burner. They were great. Budget was kept, no cost overruns, and all the materials were first class and what they were touted to be. A great business to work with.

We hired CK Renovations to renovate our dining room shortly after moving into our new house. Chris did a great job consulting us and giving suggestions that really enhanced the final project. He is always reachable and very detail oriented. He is also very conscious of the people living in the renovated area and makes sure it is as clean as possible after each day's work. His crew turned a room that was a dysfunctional dining area into a place where we are happy and excited to invite friends and family for dinners.
