Our home was purchased 10 years ago with the intention to completely tear out and redesign the kitchen, breakfast nook, powder room and laundry room of our late 90's home. After years saving and planning, we selected Chris at CK Contracting to help our dream become reality. From the beginning of the quote submittal process, it was clear his organization and follow through were a step above the rest. He brought fresh ideas to the project and worked in unison with the creative design vision by our wonderful interior designer, Lauren Cherry, from www.greyedbrindledesign.com/ CK uses an app to track general expenses and subcontractor schedules. Chris leads weekly meetings with our interior designer, the project manager and other members of his team. Our project manager , Jason , brought a can-do approach to the project and was responsive to our changes and requests . CK Contracting built our house for the previous owners. It is so well built that they were the natural choice for us when adding a pool house as part of our pool project. Chris is great to work with and his attention to detail is great. There were some overruns on cost but when this happened, we got a full explanation and details on the new cost.
