AVOID!!! If, on the off chance your new home has no warranty or repair issues, you might be okay, but the customer service is abysmal. The company does not reply to emails, and you can’t get through by phone. Cimarron does not stand by its work: a window in our new house was cracked at the base, and Cimarron claimed it wasn’t warrantable. The front door of the house was installed incorrectly, but the company claims it can’t be fixed; the company also told us they would replace defective fixtures but then failed to do so. The “landscaping” of our yard included a backyard full of rocks and stones, and it took seven months for us to get window screens for our house. The company likes to blame others for their mistakes. (For instance, Cimarron installed mailboxes on the wrong side of the road and tried to blame the postal service for not delivering mail.) Check other online reviews and BUYER BEWARE!!!
