Cillian Johnston

We were lucky enough to build our dream home a few years back and employed Cillian Johnston to do the kitchen. As soon as we met with Cillian and Lisa our confidence in them grew as they had some fantastic ideas and were incredibly easy to work with. In the end Cillian did all the cabinetry in the house. This included the kitchen, bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, lots of shelving, and the stairs. The quality of work is second to none and we were beyond thrilled with the finished product. We cannot recommend Cillian & Lisa highly enough. From their professionalism and expertise, to the highest level quality of their design and work, and to top it off, they are just lovely people!

Working with Cillian Johnston has been a pleasure. From start to finish the company's professionalism, quality of work and reliability are second to none. Deadlines are achieved and budgets met with ease but most importantly for me as a designer they go the extra mile and are prepared to think outside of the box.

Cillian recently crafted a walk in wardrobe and two further wardrobes along with a bookcase. I was thrilled with the standard of his workmanship and this coupled with how lovely he and Lisa were to deal with and how professional his staff were mean I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

We worked with Lisa and Cillian Johnston on the renovation of our Edwardian terraced house from February to September 2017. Working with our architect, we reconfigured the downstairs layout of our home, changing the location of the kitchen from a traditional lean - to at the back of the building to the middle of the house. We chose Lisa and Cillian because we respected the quality of their work and felt that they understood best what we needed and expected from the project. At the initial stages, we met with Lisa a number of times to go through the architect’s plans and delve through the layout and functionality of the kitchen. Lisa’s attention to detail and guidance at this point was very important to us. Her experience and knowledge of materials, texture and light were of huge benefit. When the project was ready for the kitchen to go in, Lisa, Cillian and their team liaised and worked with us, our builder and the various suppliers on final measurements and some unexpected details with great professionalism. On installation, Cillian’s working practical knowledge and eye for detail can be seen throughout the kitchen. Our kitchen space functions exactly the way we want and the lines and form of the cabinetry and furniture within it are beautifully crafted. We are extremely happy with their work. We used Cillian Johnston for our kitchen as well as some built in units in our living room and bedroom. The quality of work was fantastic as was the attention to detail, and they completed on time. Everyone involved was very easy to deal with, and they had a lot of very practical advice. I would thouroghly recommend them and definitely use them again.

I have nothing but praise for both Cillian and Lisa. They were both a pleasure to work with on my kitchen from the initial meeting right through to the end of a very difficult renovation! Cillian and Lisa have great ideas and were always very prompt, efficient and totally professional. Nothing was ever a problem for them or their great team of fitters. Cillian and Lisa were a super no-nonsense talented team who can combine an easy working relationship, with beautiful workmanship, and both listened to what we were looking for and added their expertise. They knew how to make a kitchen work functionally, but also what design would look well. We love our kitchen!
