I have known Bruce for thirty years, having worked for him in the mid 1980s and then hiring him for various projects. Bruce remodeled our law firm in downtown Everett, finished an unfinished basement in my in-laws basement, finished our unfinished basement, remodeled our master bathroom, and is currently rebuilding our deck and creating a new patio. The quality of Bruce's work is "old world craftsman". Although the work was done nearly 30 years ago, we still receive continuous compliments on the work done in the law firm. You won't find better quality of work.

Bruce Christopher and his company updated my 1973 rambler, and I could not be more pleased with the results. The project started when I discovered the siding in front of the house was infested with moisture ants and it grew and evolved from there. This place had been a rental house for around 30 years with no updates and minimum maintenance. After working with Bruce to get the siding issues dealt with, I decided to hire him to update and improve the entire interior of the house. The house was built when avocado green and harvest gold decor was the fashion of the day. I didn’t have firm ideas on what I wanted and no design skills so I got the help of a designer who frequently works with Christopher Construction. Bruce recommended the types of materials and fixtures that would go with the style and era of the house. His crew was extremely professional, very experienced, and the result was high quality and precision workmanship throughout. Although the project was expensive, I believe that with Bruce’s expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism, every dollar was well spent. The results are beyond my expectations!

Christopher Construction did a much needed facelift on our home when they replaced and finished all the trim, repainted all doors, and added new hardware. They also created a custom stairway bannister, added crown moulding, and included a small tile job that came up. They arrived every day at a set time and cleaned up and left every day at a set time. Bruce always kept us informed of any schedule changes, sourced the quality materials, and shared insights on possible design modifications. He did a good job of tracking the teams' hours and keeping us informed weekly on expenses. He also worked easily with our designer as needed. The entire team is highly skilled and committed to delivering a quality product they would be proud of. They were easy to work with and created a sense of partnership. This reliable, high quality company is worth waiting for if their calendar is full.

We have used Christopher Construction (CC) for multiple projects over the years. We have been extremely happy with working with the CC team. They are extremely professional and take the time to listen to what you want and offer advise for best possible outcomes when needed. The CC team's work is the highest quality, neat and clean, and the end product shows the highest value. It has always been a pleasure to work with CC and its comforting to have the confidence in working with them knowing that your project is done right, done on time and done to completion. This is a wonderful company to work with. They are all perfectionists and do an excellent job, even leaving the job site cleaned up every day. I would recommend them highly!

Bruce Christopher surveyed our kitchen and dining room upgrade needs and discussed with us the various options and provided very useful advice in late April. By the second week of May he provided a detailed quote/proposal with a price that was well "within the ballpark" of what I figured should be a reasonable cost. By the end of May, his crew started the project, and was complete by the end of June. His team synchronized scheduling with subcontractors like clockwork resulting in minimal disruption to our lives (kitchen projects can be very disruptive). One particularly challenging part of the project was the installation of a high capacity range hood over the stove. The location just was below crisscrossing roof trusses that potentially blocked the path for the necessary ductwork. They managed to get it installed by installing adaptive ductwork while working in a very cramped, uncomfortable location in the attic. The most important statement I can make about this contractor is that I found that I could absolutely trust him and his crew. Some of them have worked decades together, a great contributor toward their excellent teamwork.

Working with Bruce during our kitchen remodeling was an outstanding experience. He is the best contractor I have ever dealt with.

We own a home that was built in 1896 that had more than a few issues when it came to our project. We were able to be part of the entire process from start to finish. We were constantly questioning and adding pieces and parts, and we never felt like we were overstepping or putting them out. It was always a pleasure to have them in our home, and they always left everything clean. Trust was a huge factor in our decision to hire Bruce, due to a negative past experience with another contractor. We will definitely be hiring Christopher Construction again for our next project.

As a designer, I have worked with and collaborated with Christopher Construction on multiple projects. I have been extremely happy with Christopher Construction. They have done a full master bath re-model that was taken down to the studs and I am so happy with the spa-like feel and attention to detail. In fact it was featured in Bellingham Alive Magazine! Christopher and his team also assisted with a few other details throughout the house and they were always professional, timely, reliable, and considerate. I have since had them back to help to do some repairs after I had two leaks (kitchen and between floors) and the caught something that had been missed by the insurer and got me squared away. they have gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend Christopher Construction!
