Good sales and day of install experience. So far unsatisfactory follow up on disturbing post install issues. I’m hoping to change this to a 5 if they respond and address. Jonathan Sacks CEO

Our experience with Christian Flooring has two parts: 1) Inferior carpet and poor installation necessitated replacement of carpet and installation of new carpet at the owner's expense. 2) Second time around we were thrilled. The owners of this company personally oversaw the ordering of new carpet and installation the second time. The second installation team (a new crew of installers) did a very professional job, they were on time, and communicated with our church staff throughout the process. Now that the work has been completed, we are extremely satisfied with Christian Flooring. Other than the hassle of doing this job twice, and the interruptions that it caused, in the end we are happy with the completed job.

We had carpet installed in two rooms a relatively square family room and patterned carpet up the stairs and into an oddly shaped hallway. Jason C was very clear on the pluses and minuses of different brands and types of carpet and was patient with us as we decided. There was a minor glitch when installation day came (car trouble), but the office got us another installation team and they did a professional job, after normal business hours .

Installed laminate flooring in my home. Professinal, respectful, quality workmanship. No pressure sale, brought several samples for me to look at. Extremely happy with the service. Love my floor!

We had a rather unusually shaped room that desperately needed new carpet; we walked into Christian Flooring not really sure what we wanted and had the easiest buying experience ever. The salesperson Jason was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the selection was well priced and beautiful. The installers who came out were friendly and experienced and had no trouble with our unique space. Overall a wonderful experience, and we absolutely love our beautiful new carpet!
