Interior Sourcery

Let me start by saying I love my new bathroom. We spent over a year planning our entire third floor extension and over 3 months building it… but it is the bathroom that I show off as the piece de la resistance. It is the bathroom that people talk about. I even have friends asking to book ‘spa time’ (I am pretty sure they are kidding…. Well like 90% sure…). And it was made possible with the clever design eye and ingenious sourcing from Interior Sourcery. When my husband and I put a new floor on our house, complete with a master bathroom suite, we were probably the worst type of home remodellers. We knew roughly the look we were going for – modern, clean and simple but with a touch of decadence – but didn’t have the first clue about how to find it. We went to some big bathroom stores but that only confused us more. Everything felt uninspired and expensive. Enter Interior Sourcery. Even from the initial consultation, we felt excited and inspired by the approach. Chrissy listened to me ramble on about metro tiles and matte finishes for ages. Both my husband and I wanted a large bath AND a wet room style shower AND a double sink – despite the room being a very average bathroom size. She asked probing questions about what we liked and didn’t like. I showed her the expensive standing bath that I had been eyeing up and the gorgeous double sink, both of which were about 3 times my entire budget, and she reassured me that we could do better - for less. Chrissy took all that information away and sourced the aforementioned bathroom of dreams. She sent us through a moodboard complete with options on all the fittings and inspiring ways to use my beloved metro tiles. She then worked with us to build on the ideas further, sending more inspiration through until we were 100% confident and happy with every aspect of the design. And here’s the best part – she then went away and sourced everything at the highest quality and for a fraction of the cost. And that’s what made it actually possible.
