I purchased power screens for my back patio area. The screens work great, are of excellent quality, and are reasonably priced.

My wife and I contacted Grand View Windows and Doors to request a quote, and they came out the very next day. The quote we received was very detailed and informative, and the price was very competitive. Compared to quotes we have received from other companies, I could tell that Grand View was the type of company that I would like to do business with. Ultimately, my wife and I did go with another company, who was able to offer us a steep discount due to other work we had them complete. When I had Grandview Windows & Doors replace all of my windows and doors on my previous existing house; they did an excellent job! When we had our new house built I used them for all of our windows and doors, again an excellent job. We also used them to put automatic screens for our back porch, there are 5 large screens that go up and down individually or all at 1 time. These screens allow us to enjoy the porch year round. They were very professional and their workmanship exceeded my high expatiations.

We built our home in 2004 after the first 5 years our windows started leaking water every time we had big storm. I had the windows caulked more then 7 times through out the years and a new roof and the windows still leaked. In October 2016 I was done with the water leaks I was told I need premium vinyl windows, I called Gary at Grand View Windows and replaced every window in my house. We couldn't be happier we ordered Sunrise Windows.

Had a supposedly "contractor" install new vinyl low E windows in my home. Windows were not what was called for in the contract. T hen....I called Grandview Windows and got fast, courteous service and proper windows. Windows are beautiful, easy to clean and reduce outside noise. Installers were great guys... personable and left no mess for me to clean up. Call them, you'll be glad you did!

Received a bid estimate for windows and doors for a home remodel and add on. Gary was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I very much appreciated how he met us after hours to accommodate our busy work schedule. We ended up getting a lower bid from another provider, but I would contact Grand View again for a future project.

Grand View Windows and Gary Rollins over several years and on multiple occasions has replaced at least 18 windows in our home, due to obsolescence or to hail damage, with Jeld-Wen Custom aluminum clad wood casement windows. From the start, we were impressed with Gary Rollins' knowledge, experience, and attitude. Replacing windows is a complex project and you want someone who knows what they are doing, will stand behind their product and installation, and is good to work with. Gary and Grand View met all of these requirements for us. Gary was able to explain clearly our choices, do the measurements accurately, and present us with a proposal that fulfilled our needs in all respects - - interior and exterior appearances, excellent quality, affordable/competitive cost, and very good installations. With replacement windows things can go wrong, even with the best effort. Whenever there was a problem with a window ordered through Gary, or even a problem on a Jeld-Wen window installed earlier by a different company, Gary has stepped up, helped us make a warranty claim or an insurance claim, and then has seen it through installation. We have been very pleased with our windows and with our working experience with Grand View and with Gary Rollins!
