As a General Contractor, I worked with Rick Chesmore and his firm for close to 20 years on several new homes and remodels. Rick is very detailed and his drawings reflect this. He is Team oriented and works with us if we run into challenging areas. I would recommend Rick as a Architect and enjoy working on his projects.

Rick took our 4000 sq ft condo from the 80s and transformed it into an incredibly open, contemporary condo of 2016. The firm took us through a great program that helped us identify our ideas and "wants" and communicate them to the architects. They then used their expertise to design amazing spaces.
