We really enjoyed working with Charmaine in planning the closet systems for both master bedroom closets. She is extremely knowledgeable about her product and came up with some clever ideas on how to use every square inch of space on one awkward closet wall. Because we had remodeling going on, she also came out again to reverify measurements and followed up after installation. Very professional, and always a smile on her face.

Charmaine did a great job designing the space for our use and was wonderful to work with. The installer was very conscientious and meticulous, did a great job. We couldn't be happier with the product. They called a week ahead to remind us and were here on the scheduled day. Charmaine followed up to make sure we were happy, good customer service! We will use them again and love the kickbacks we received going through Costco.

Charmaine was a delight to work with. She listened to me and designed a closet that was simple and functional, which is what I wanted. My husband and I are pleased with the finished product. The installers were polite and left the place very neat. I would recommend Closet Factory to others.

Working with Charmaine is an absolute pleasure. She has helped me in the midst of moves and new babies, not batting an eye at the disorder that my life with three young children produces. Every time I work with her, we tackle more than I could have thought possible in a few hours and I reap the benefits of her expertise for months afterwards. Suddenly, I can utilize spaces previously not accessible to me within my home. I can purge things without regret or inconvenience. It is easier to set up workable systems in my home, even with the children's best attempts to undo them. I highly recommend Charmaine - she is proactive, efficient, delightful to be with.

Charmaine helped us design our master closet fall 2017. We had an idea of what we wanted but her suggestions made the closet picture perfect. For example, putting the drawers straight across from the entrance mades a great first impression. She's a great listener and designed the closet to include all the elements we requested. She returned my phone calls right away and we found her personable, and helpful throughout our project. Sometimes it's hard to visualize exactly what the closet will look like when it's installed but their showroom gave us some great ideas and we are thrilled with the final product. We would definitely recommend Charmaine to others for their closet design.

From the first time Closet Factory designer Charmaine came to measure my Pantery and Master Closet we hit off. She listened to all my needs and wants. When she came to show me the final design plans I was impressed. When the guys came to install they were on time (early), professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and I'm one happy customer. I love my new Pantery and Master Closet.
