We had an excellent experience with CGM Electronics. It was a pleasure to work with Paul and his crew. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The job was done efficiently and on time. Paul took the time to answer all questions and provide demos. He is easily available for questions and follow up. We would gladly us CGM Electronics again and would recommend them to all.

Paul has provided outstanding service from the get go. Sales advice was superb and after sales support has been second to none. When my husband and I built our new home in West Vancouver we hired Paul from CGM Electronics to look after all of our Audio/Video needs. We found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was very easy to work with and he took the time to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted in our home. Paul was very efficient in supplying, installing and setting up all the equipment necessary to provide us with the entertainment system we desired. On top of all his technical knowledge Paul also has a very good eye from a design perspective. All of our speakers are well placed in our ceilings so they are not visually intrusive. Paul was also very helpful in ensuring we have a complete understanding of how it all functions. We have been in our home for over 2 years now and I know if I had any questions I could still call Paul and get an answer right away. That's great customer service.
