I ordered a chair from their shop. The cushions were advertised as white but when I received it, the cushions came in a dark beige. I reached out to Greige and they were extremely understanding/accommodating and sent me new white cushion covers. However, the new cushion covers came in a cheap white linen fabric (nothing like the beige ones). This matters because the actual cushions are black so you can see the darkness through the fabric. The bottom cushion cover also does not fit properly so there's a bunch of lose fabric hanging off. I am so disappointed that this $1,000+ chair looks so terrible because of the cushion covers.

Highly Recommend! I ordered from the website around Christmas time 2017. Once Christina realized she could not fill my order in time, she shipped wonderful replacement gifts. The amazing part is that she still fulfilled my original order the first week of January. Shipping can be out of the owner's control, but how she handled it was amazing!
