My husband and I appointed CEO Architectural to prepare plans for the total refurbishment of our home backing onto the river at Wyong. The design process was a pleasure with our input happily received and good productive suggestions made by Craig. Fortunately the DA process handled by CEO went smoothly. As owner builders, it was pleasing that the construction certificate drawings and engineering detailing (coordinated by CEO Architectural) were easily followed by us and the trades appointed. We now have a lovely home enlarged from about 140 m 2 of floor ares to over 500 m2 with little of the old home now discernible. We love the free flowing and open plan design as well as the modified and new bedrooms and neatly incorporated storage spaces. Was originally Recommended CEO from a Builder. Modifying our home to become open plan to get the right layout with existing floor plan was challenging. CEO helped us to come up with ideas we had not thought of to land up with a designed we loved. They also kept us in the loop as the approval process was under way.
