Thank you for your review. Just letting you know that we don't have our own courier. Transport company always check slabs for any cracks or damages before pick up, so slabs was in perfect condition. If something happens during transportation, courier is responsible for any damage and they should have insurance for cases like that. also cracks may appear if you used unprofessional and unlicensed stonemason. a lot of people around Australia get Stone from us, and only problem comes from people who chose cheap and unprofessional stonemason. We are sorry to hear this happen to your project and hope you solved this problem.
