Carpet Den Interiors

DO NOT USE if you are looking for quality carpet and service. We went looking for high quality carpet to replace our current carpet before we listed our house. We had a representative come out and she recommended a carpet that was half as much. Seemed great but the carpet has snagged in several spots within the first week. Even worse, they sent a tech out to look at it. After rescheduling he cut it and it raveled. Then they proceeded to tell me not to vacuum it. No answer except to patch it and it would look ten times worse. When we reached out we were told we were “over reacting”. When we tried to call the manager several times he didn’t return the calls. We’ve had to replace the carpet with another vendor and ultimately spend more than if we would have stuck to what we wanted vs what they recommended. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Traci went above and beyond to help me. I am living away from the residence that needed carpet, and she was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Loved working with her, and would definitely recommend.

Screwed up the install and my walls! Left nail holes unfilled, had a damaged section that was never replaced. Offered me $50 to settle. Wouldn't use them again if they offered it for free.

We had hardwood floors installed in two bedrooms that shared a hallway in hardwood installed by Carpet Den 8 years ago. The project like many of our past Carpet Den experiences was fantastic. They are professional from sale to install. Sales people (we use Pam S.) know the product, and the installers are very experienced and I believe they are employed by Carpet Den. In fact, one of the guys that was here that day installed the hardwood in the house when it was built and by the way, the floor was a perfect match! Love, love, love doing business with them.
