CC Meltzer Photography

Carolyn C. Meltzer is an Atlanta-based fine arts photographer whose work captures the most intimate glimpses of the natural world in a variety of habitats. Her subjects are portrayed using a very close range or macro technique in order to capture the dynamism of a small world few may notice. Meltzer’s photography takes advantage of natural light only and often emphasizes the abstract through a shallow depth of field. Her work has received several national awards and been featured in numerous solo artist and juried group shows, and national arts festivals including Atlanta Celebrates Photography and Art Takes Miami. Meltzer’s work resides in private collections in Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, and Charlotte. She is represented by Sotto Myriad and pieces have appeared in select hotels and corporate settings.
