I was very hesitant to order staircase rails for my home from a company hundreds of miles away. From my first correspondence with Bill the owner of the company I knew that I was dealing with a person and company of integrity. Bill personally walked me through the measuring process with drawings as well FaceTime when required. When my rails arrived we discovered one of the sections was slightly off square. I called Bill and immediately after apologizing had his shop build and paint the replacement section the same day. I received the section two days later which was no doubt expensive for him. I couldn’t be happier with the new rail system. I find myself walking to the entry of my home just to take a peek. I have another project in the future and will definitely be working with Bill again. Capozzoli prepared beautiful railing based on River Road Design. Bill, the owner and Cynthia, the office coordinator worked tirelessly to deliver the perfect product. I'm very happy with the railing they provided and overall interaction with them. I would recommend Capozzoli to anyone that is looking for high quality railing.

Capozzoli Stairworks installed a beautiful cable railing system in our home. They gave us a quote based on photos we sent them. They then cam to our home to provide samples and take accurate measurements. They answered all of our questions. The fabrication took approximately 2 weeks. They came back to our home and did a perfect installation. We couldn't be happier!

We had one of the best experiences working with Capozzoli Stairworks. They are very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They finished our project weeks before we were expecting. Their work is meticulous and the installation was perfect. When Kika said this was going to be a "WOW" factor, she was understating it. The new railings changed the entire look of our home. Not only would we use Capozzoli Stairworks again, but we have referred them to friends and family. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT WORK!

Kika was a big help in the design phase and Billy and the team did a fantastic job with the installation. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product.

We had old fashioned hardware store grade in our home and always wanted to update to a modern- contemporary look. We are so happy we came across Capozzoli. We are so thrilled with the finish product. We met with Kika for estimate and design, she was so very helpful in helping us decide what would be best for our home. Bill and his crew were very professional, all was done on time and work is spectacularly flawless. We highly recommend Capozzoli to anyone that wants high quality and affordable railings.

We wanted to replace the builder grade railings that were throughout our contemporary home. It wasn't so easy to find someone that did what we wanted. I found Capozzoli online and met with Bill. We showed him what we were looking for and he gave us exactly what we wanted. They were professional, courteous, on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier and everyone that sees our railing says it looks like a piece of art! We agree!

Our entrance way had old custom wrought iron doors that were showing their age and wear. I was able to find a company to redo the doors without changing the original aesthetic. I am very pleased.

I had my stair case railing changed from wooden spindles to wrought iron spindles and railing.The result was spectacular!!!It completely changed the look of my foyer and made it look very grand and elegant.

I ordered custom made staircase railing for my house I recently moved into. It was great experience, done on time, installed without problem. Well worth the money, nice quality with touch of art. Definitely would recommend this company!

コメント：how are cedar posts elevated from porch surface-looks like metal?I did not install the woodwork or posts but they are elevated on galvanized pieces that manufactured for this purpose. They anchor into the concrete.
