We are sorry to say we bought a 40 inch Capital BBQ Grill. It was very expensive and only worked well for a very short period of time. We always cover the grill and take good care of it but this grill is the worst we have ever had. Problem after problem, this thing is a lemon! First the ignition failed ( it worked only for a month or two ), then the lights failed, then the infrared burner failed and then the thermo couple rusted away and the rotisserie burner stopped working. Also the manifold is completely rusted through and the bracket broke off. The stainless steel parts on this grill are supposed to be made out of 304 stainless steel and should not rust through the way they do. The firebox was completely rusted through, it had holes in there and also the back panel which holds the rotisserie burner is completely rusted through. We contacted Ever Villanueva at Capital ( ever@capital-cooking.com ) he made us a brand new firebox under warranty for free and one of the owners of Capital brought it to our home ( $1,350 value ) to replace the completely rusted through firebox. It took us a while to take on the task of completely disassembling the grill to install that new fire box. Now we finally did it but now we found out that the firebox they made under warranty does not fit. WOW......Now the pull out tray with the rollers on it that holds the grease won't fit in because the firebox was made too small. Bad customer service.......

I am extremely happy with the service that was provided by this company. I bought one of their grills and I had an issue with an ignitor. It turned out the manufacturer was also the servicer in my are. they came out that same week and fixed the issue for me right away. I could not be happier that I went with a product who has a service team readily available to service and answer the questions that I had. Thank you guys!!!
