I had water damaged to my home by my water heater. The damages involved my master bathroom, master bedroom closet, laundry room and kitchen. Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration came in and took my situation and gave myself and family hope. This company is full of hardworking dedicated individuals that put your family first. I was displaced out of my home due to the damages for several weeks, but my project manager Mr. Jo worked hard to get my family and I back to our normal lives. There were days when I wasn't patient, but this company always reassured me that it would be completed and restored back to beauty and they did just that!! Great experience with three gentlemen from Cape Fear Restoration, John Clark, Will, and Robert McCoy. They removed water-damaged Sheetrock and walls and sealed of areas for drying. They were friendly, polite and efficient. I would have them back in my home in the future without hesitation!

We had pipes break under our house while we were out of state. As soon as we called CFR they were there within the hour to begin the mitigation . It took some time to get it all completed but our home is beautiful and we love it. Thomas and his team are wonderful and compassionate. Lacy Lowery was our project manager and he hired very component crew who did a fabulous job, they went above and beyond our expectations.

I am very pleased with services provided to repair water damage to a bedroom wall and flooring after the recent hurricane. All steps of restoration process starting with estimate were performed and communicated with professionalism. Project Manager Joey McDuffie was great at communicating when work would be performed and coming by shortly after to make sure work met their expectations as well as my own. Although he was handling multiple projects after a tough hurricane season, he was very personable and definitely treated my restoration as a priority. While having multiple projects in progress at my home involving other contractors, the experience with Joey and Cape Fear Flooring clearly stood above others and I look forward to peace of mind using them for future projects.

My water heater sprung a leak and damaged floors in three rooms. Cape Fear Flooring came in, assessed the damage, provided my insurance company with an estimate, and set up the apparatus to dry the floors. They were efficient, professional, and compassionate. While the floors were drying they provided samples of replacement tile, laminate, and linoleum from which I could choose. The floors were replaced over a few weeks, the finishing work (moldings, painting, door replacement) was completed in a timely manner. All the workers were efficient, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Cape Fear Flooring to anyone needing to replace floors for any reason..

Project manager Lisa was very on top of things and communicated updates regularly. She did what was needed to assist with the insurance adjuster.
