Love, love, love working with Built In Design! I've used them on 2 kitchen and 4 bathroom remodels. Nancy Blandford is great at finding solutions to complex kitchen and bath issues. She's very talented at space planning and I've been extremely happy with the results. She is a dream to work with: patient, responsive to requests and questions, and each time willing to keep fine-tuning her designs until I was 100% satisfied. Remodeling, especially a kitchen, is a huge undertaking and can be scary; Nancy held my hand when I needed it and got me through! I would definitely use Built In Design again and recommend them whole heartedly.

Nancy designed our kitchen and 3 baths in a rebuild of our beloved lake house in northern Michigan. She also consulted on other design elements such as paint colors, window coverings, flooring etc. She is a highly experienced and very capable designer who is pragmatic and flexible with her customers....so easy to work with! Our new home is beautiful and we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. In fact we are so happy with the results we have hired Nancy to consult on 2 additional projects in our California home, our kitchen and bath remodels. The kitchen is done now and the baths are still in process but her input on these projects has again been excellent. Nancy is simply a pleasure to work with, will deliver outstanding results and we would recommend her highly.

Nancy was really great to work with. She came up with creative and practical ideas, was very responsive, and the quality of the work was very high. The main project was a total kitchen renovation but also included updating a powder room, new flooring throughout main floor, paint choices for all main floor rooms, and window treatments for most of main floor. Her team worked extremely collaboratively with the general contractor and sub-contractors. Nancy coordinated all efforts and kept the project on time and budget.

We recently renovated our condo kitchen in the Boyne area. The owner, Nancy Blandford was extremely capable, talented and professional. We have no qualm recommending her to others facing a kitchen update project. She met with us to fully understand our style and vision for function before we left for the winter while the work was being done. She was conscientious about communicating whenever there was a design decision or budget change and was fully equipped to handle the snafus that inevitable crop up with a renovation. We're completely happy and proud of the end result, largely due to her floor plan ideas and keen eye for design, detail and color. And yes, we stayed very near budget.
