MJ did a fantastic job for us! She decorated our new lake cottage home with a mix of new, custom, and antique furniture - the result was amazing. We essentially gave her the theme to recreate a classic lake home of the 50's but with a modern twist. To be honest, her work should be featured in a magazine - it's beyond description. We have both family and friends at the home (primarily summer), and we have business off-sites there throughout the year with the the senior management of my agency. People are always marveling at the design and taking photos. MJ also helped in every phase of the build out and worked with our architect and builder to create a stunning lake home for us.

Mary Jo was the interior designer of my new home, built in 2014. She had ideas and recommendations that fit my taste perfectly. She met deadlines and was very easy to work with. She found some vintage pieces and integrated them with my new home to give the feel and look I wanted. She kept the project scope in focus and was flexible with meeting and discussions. She proved that she had connections the average person doesn't have within the resale and custom piece market. She had great finds on Etsy.com as well. Her connections run throughout the mid-west and I'm confident she's able to find great pieces for any particular style. I was impressed with the whole process and would highly recommend her work to anyone.

I had the opportunity to work with Mary Jo on a custom home that was done on Pewaukee Lake. My job was the Construction Supervisor for this home. What was unique about working with Mary Jo was not only her ability to decorate the finish product but during the construction process she was able to help out with design questions and conditions that came up with construction. Most decorators that I have worked with do not have this quality/ability. She attended weekly inspections with the homeowners and myself as the home was being built to insure her visions for the finish product were going to be obtainable. By being involved during the construction process she incorporated details that had to be done by my sub contractors that added to her final design. I look forward to working with her on future projects.

It has been a year since we finished our new construction lake home with Mary Jo and we are still in awe of how great it turned out. We are thrilled with how she was able to capture the look we wanted. Her involvement from architectural design to placing the last pillow was crucial. She took the stress out of ensuring everything turned out perfectly.

She is always price conscience, but never lets that get in the way bringing new and fresh ideas to the project table.
