Bonnie at floor fashions is my first recommendation for flooring in the Bluffton Hilton Head area. She is so knowledgeable and has very good installers . My husband is a builder and has used Bonnie for many years and she always handles the flooring for our personal homes as well. Many of my real estate clients have used her to help them choose flooring. I can recommend floor fashions without reservation.

We worked with Bonnie throughout construction of our new home. She was always helpful with great ideas and insights about new products and alternatives. I especially appreciated her quick responsiveness to questions over the phone and by email as we were building long distance. Bonnie was very flexible to accommodate our many quick trips in for decisions. Finally, we just had great confidence that with a strong customer service approach, any issues would be taken care of. We have worked with this company intermittently over the past three years. Their approach to sales is to satisfy the customer, without pushing high end product. We have purchased carpet and tile from the Bluffton store and always appreciate their help and ideas.

We were referred to Abbey Floor Fashion through our general contractor, Marty Jansen. We completely renovated our nearby one floor ranch home and wanted to install a wooden floor throughout the home for an updated look. We met Bonnie at Abbey who helped us choose the perfect light colored woven bamboo. We learned that she was in the flooring industry for many years and she was extremely knowledgeable. Our floors are fabulous and easy care. We will return to Abbey to look at their fabulous tile selection as we move ahead to renovate the bathrooms.
