I hired Handyman Now to install a new kitchen floor. They did an outstanding job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and their workmanship was top notch. They went above and beyond what I expected I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

The finish quality of the work was poor. When I asked Wade Bryant and Tom Pratt to meet with me to address my concerns they agreed to a day/time. 10 mins before the meeting, they cancelled. I asked them to reschedule and let me show them my concerns and I didn't hear from them for several weeks. I then reached out to them and sent them the check to cover the estimated work. Wade Bryant immediately responded and said I owed them more. I again asked them to come and address my concerns. They responded by sending a bill. When I said I wouldn't pay until they walked the project with me and at least saw the issues, they responded by sending me a higher bill. They then told me to have a check for them within the week or they'd put a lein on my house. I just wanted them to address a few issues I had. None of them major. They responded in an incredibly defensive, combative and threatening way. Steer clear.

Hey Everyone,
As you can see, we have a negative review here. I must tell you, as you probably already know, that there are always TWO sides to every story, and this is certainly no exception.
Matt Carter and our company were connected through a mutual friend, not on Houzz or any other advertising.
It was an unfortunate set of circumstances that took place on that particular job. We asked Matt to please tell the whole story when he advised us he was going to write negative reviews everywhere he could about our company. He has taken the liberty to communicate a story that puts him as the victim and us in a negative light.
We have operated as a company for the last decade in our geographical area without any disputes. Eventually, they happen, and sometimes you have to draw the line in the sand or be willing to be taken advantage of. This time, we drew the line.

Wade that In the Middle of December we requested a start date of Jan 18, and Wade's crew was there Jan 18th, exactly as scheduled. Knowing what was involved i had estimated I would be without a Kitchen 4-6 weeks. Wade was done, except for punch list items in exactly 4 weeks - he kept right on task, and kept his sub contractors on schedule, even though there was some delays caused by us, and by some extra material that needed to be ordered. There were many questions throughout the process, and Wade was quick to ask the question to ensure he was doing the job they way we wanted it done. He and Tom have a great attention to detail and very high quality. We have used Wade before, and will certainly us him again. We have used 7 different contractors over the 35 years we have owned our home, and a rental property, and we rate Wade up with one other contractor as the best ones to work with. Over the years we have learned to hold out as much money as possible for the final payment and never pay the final payment until every item on the punch list is completed, or the project never gets done. It is a sign of my trust in Tom and Wade that I broke my own rule and paid the final payment before the punch list was completed. My trust was well placed, as everything has now been completed

We were building a screen house and when it came to putting up the tongue and groove, hip roofed ceiling, we knew who to call. The guys at EHLLC came and did a beautiful job, in a timely manner, and left the job site cleaned up daily so there were no hazards. The job was done in a timely fashion, quality of their work cannot be matched, and they were very nice young men to work with. We know where to go for the next project, and you should, too!

Wade and company were amazing! They did several smaller jobs for us and then completely renovated our kitchen in the early spring of 2013. They were always respectful, on time, there when they said they would be and paid attention to even the smallest details. Each job that they did was completed in a timely manner and within the budget they quoted (unless we added things!) Wade is a man of integrity, has an exemplary work ethic is friendly and highly professional. He is THE best contractor with whom I have ever worked. I can not recommend him highly enough.

I hired Everything Home / Wade Bryant to complete a major portion of the renovation to a 6000 sq. ft multi-unit. The phases included demolition, close in, insulation, drywall and the myriad detail required for completion. i found Wade attentive to detail, cost effective and honest. Perhaps the best recommendation I can offer: I was sad when the project was complete. I enjoyed working with Wade and his crew.

The best part about having Wade and Everything Home do a project is the peace of mind that comes with knowing that Wade's standards for a "job-well-done" are at or above my own. "Good-enough" isn't good enough for Wade and that is worth every penny to me.

Wade listened, made great suggestions, stayed well within my budget, and provided excellent results. When it comes to communicating (a pet peeve of mine), Wade was always on top of staying in touch. I know I can rely on Wade for other projects.

Wade and his group helped me renovate my condo in Yarmouth. The first year they removed the wall to wall carpeting on the first floor and installed a wooden floor. With great patience, Wade helped me shop for the flooring, which I really liked. The second year, he did the same thing to the second floor. He also rebuilt my staircase, remodeled the master bathroom and dressing room, put molding on the ceiling and around the windows in the master bedroom, and painted the master suite and the guest room. He also tiled the second bathroom. He always arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I hired Everything Home LLC to rehab and restore the roof on my garage and the second story apartment above it. It was a massive undertaking as the roof suffered decay as well as rain and water damage that seriously compromised the integrity of the structure as a whole. The roof shingles, decking, and parts of the rafters were removed and a complete restoration was accomplished, very much to my satisfaction. The eaves and soffits were replaced, in the original 1912 architectural style of the building. A very beautiful finished product! The very best materials were used, along with a careful and conscientious work ethic. I was so impressed with the finished product; to the extent that I had them rebuild an open porch on the main house. This porch was enclosed and all of the detail exactly matched the architectural style of the main house. I would hire them again for any work that I would have done correctly and to my satisfaction.
