Interior Design Center

This is my first (and hopefully last) negative review. Brook with Interior Design Center installed our LVP floor and carpet. Within weeks of moving in our floor began to separate so badly we would catch the edge of our bare feet on the exposed sharp edge. It popped and snapped in several palces and was so uneven we had to catch our balance if it was dark. The floor had not been properly prepped. Brook and her husband (who oversaw the install) were completely unaccountable. Their response to our floor after inspecting it: "We have installed floors much worse than this and our clients are happy with them." When we had another professional come to clean up their mess we discovered that they had installed badly damaged product over a very uneven surface. Pics below include one of many planks that was broken in half with just the laminate surface intact. I videotaped the gentle deconstruction by our repair professional. It is very obvious that the planks were damaged pre-initial install. Many other planks had damaged tracks. Some pics show the separating planks and the uneven surface that the product was intalled on. We also paid for extra carpet to redo the stairs in 5 years. When we asked Brook where the extra carpet was she said she had no control over the extra carpet. We asked her for a bid to replace it. She suggested we get enough to do the stairs twice. Her bid was over $1,200. I had a relative who got enough of the exact carpet for me to do the stairs once (which is all I wanted). I paid just over $200. She was going to make money on me again on her mistake. The sad thing is, I really liked Brook in the beginning and actually left her a wonderful review. She is a talented decorator and is great at color. But buyer beware if you actually purchase product/install from this establishment.

Brook was amazing to work with. While designing our home she took the time to see what styles my husband and I were interested in. As soon as she got an idea of the direction we wanted to go the design flowed with ease. She made the entire process enjoyable. She communicated clearly and prompt. I never thought designing my first home we be so easy!

Brook was friendly and professional. The product was amazing and installation timely and flawless. I felt the pricing was very fair as well and would not hesitate to work with Interior Design Center in the future

Brook with the Interior Design Center is the best in the business in southern Utah in my opinion. Not only is her communication and timing impeccable. But, also her recommendations on what matches with the style that I like has been bar none. I, like most people wasn't entirely sure on exactly what I liked, but I found when Brook would give us her two cents and recommendations things just came together extremely smooth and we are overjoyed!

Brook Nyberg with IDC is our exclusive interior designer and provided design services, flooring, lighting and window coverings for all 95 homes that we built last year. She also was the interior designer on our Parade of Homes this year. I would highly recommend her. Her attention to detail, her follow thru and professionalism and her skills as a designer are second to none.

Brook Nyberg is a professional. She has tremendous vision for a project. She has helped me on two occasions involving granite, paint, window treatments, flooring, etc. She comes in on time and on budget.
