The worst experience ever!! Do not use this company, this is the way they left our Outdoor Kitchen and said the job was complete, wires hanging out of exhaust fan, plumbing was never attached, so there is no running water. Grill was never set correctly because the wall was not set in the right place. My pavers were left a disaster with stains everywhere and they never polished off the countertops and they’re saying it’s complete. We have been trying to communicate for over four weeks now and no one seems to care, we had to hire a plumber and an electrician to finish off their work so we could get our certificate of occupancy CounterTops and More

By far the worst company and service. Delayed my install 5 times including saying the would definitely be there in an hour after being late 3 times after talking to sales manager. Finally came for installation and we’re very rude. The order call for a 3 hole faucet and only came with one. Asked if they were going to put in the other 2 holes and they said yes. Went down to there truck and left never to return. Very frustrating

If I could give this company a no star I would. Put a down deposit for the countertop, sink and faucet I only received two out of the three which I was missing the faucet. I asked the installers about the faucet and they stated contact the company. ( also side note installation was supposed to be between 9:30am-11am, installers showed up at 3:00pm. Had to call the company three time to see where they were at.) Called the company and spoke to a Brazilian lady ( lady would not tell me her name.) she threatened to not complete the job and not send out a faucet. Also she was argumentative and hung up on me. After 2 hours of trying to get someone to tell me where my faucet was I was told they don't have it and they are sending a replacement out. At this time it is 4:30 and I was told a plumber would be there before 6. 6:00 comes around and no plumber or faucet, I went 24 hours without a faucet, and no call back, I finally spoke with Mark after I asked to speak to a supervisor ( which they are always in a meeting and can't answer) and stated they would send someone out who would be out at 5:00pm. Again no faucet all day. After my wife finally received a call from GM Valerie and stated they expedited our faucet and it should be in no later then Tuesday, today is Tuesday and still no faucet. I finally receive an email stating my faucet will be delivered on Friday ( which is Christmas Eve). I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and Nothing. I also had to call the company back due to the fact they never properly installed the island or filled under the countertops so you don't see a huge gap. I was told yesterday that I would have received a call but never received one. I attached multiple photos of the job so if you can go somewhere else do it. I have been lied to and patient with the company and was not trying to do this but if I can save someone some headaches then I am glad to.

Terrible sales and customer service. We had to call and email several times to get answers. They never did what they said they would do. They do not care about the customer. They say one thing and ignore you when you have an issue that needs resolved. Be very careful. Get a copy of your paperwork before you leave the office. Don't trust them to email it to you. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional reputable company that cares about the customer.
