Balance 3 Design

Balance Three Design is outstanding in all aspects of the design process. We have used Balance Three for design in both the properties we have redesigned, with excellent results both times. The finished product reflects our family so well because Bridget and Maureen listen so well and take the time to get to know us and the spaces we are in. They are both highly organized and very talented as designers (not common in all the professionals we have used) so the process of going from drawings to estimates to completion is on time, on budget and always beats expectations. Their management of the trades reduces our risk, our cost and saves us enormous time. In addition, the trades they have relationships with are truly excellent at what they do and have all been very dependable. For that aspect alone, Balance Three provides terrific value. Not only are we thrilled with the end result but we constantly get compliments are have referred Balance Three to several friends and colleagues, all of whom are equally happy. It isn't an exaggeration to say that Balance Three has made our lives better because our homes are a joy to spend time in.

Bridget was the designer and project manager for a significant home renovation including kitchen, family room, powder room, master bedroom and bathroom as well as related areas. Bridget was spectacular in every aspect of what she did. She is professional, yet approachable in doing business with. She is open to suggestions from her clients and is confident in her ability if she disagrees with the client. She is professional in everything and brought the project in virtually within 10% of budget. Being a lawyer and having done a lot of construction litigation, I know that this is remarkable. Balance 3 Design (Bridget and Maureen) helped me build my family's dream home. From helping in choosing the window sizes in the custom design phase to the final rug placement they helped every step of the way. Bridget and Maureen from Balance 3 Design provided the utmost professional and beautiful renovations we could imagine. They are very detail-oriented, managing all the aspects and issues with the contractors, we felt that we could actually relax during the whole process (our home was gutted out and completely reconfigured on the main floor). Working with Bridget and Balance 3 Design was a true joy. She has such an amazing design sense and really understood the flow of our house and how to bring the best out of it. Bridget has helped us with some tricky moves, fitting furniture and decor into a home upsize and the toughest, a home downsize. She is very professional, has excellent taste, an incredible ability to take old furniture and decor in a new setting and make it look exceptionally beautiful. We wanted an open space concept, where people could easily flow and interact with each other in different spaces, and incorporate areas for large groups to dine and play games easily. Bridget incorporated all of these themes brilliantly, adding smaller items and using existing pieces that made the space work really well. I highly recommend Bridget for any job you have.
