Eddie Ross is someone I can recommend without question. He has been our pool guy for so many years I can’t remember when we started working together. He has kept our 30+ year old pool running and after a complete redo, beautiful! Eddie is honest, fair, responsive and loyal. His workmen clearly adore him which says something in today’s world. You will be thrilled if you use Eddie and his company for any pool project. His prices are fair and transparent.

Mr Ross and his crew build us a beautiful outdoor kitchen and new deck around pool that they remolded with beautiful new tile and blue plaster, was done in professional manner from start to finish

Eddie over promised and didn’t deliver! He didn’t finish the work in his contract we hired him for. He gave us the worst subs, and we basically had to start over with a new pool contractor. He walked away from our project with no communication. He also stated “I was just a wife and a female” in front of my husband and one of his workers. Do not hire Eddie. He is very unethical and untrustworthy.

We had our 25 year old pool remodeled. We had the interior replastered, new tile and coping. It looks great! They also replaced the old light that quit working years ago and installed a new drain for us. They suggested some tile markers on the steps which we didn't have before, and they look great and it helps you see where the steps are. It looks amazing and they did a great job. It was nice to work with Eddie and his crew. We had a few minor cosmetic issues and they fixed them right away to our liking. I would recommend Brian and Eddie for your pool upgrade! I have known Eddie for over 10 years. And he does excellent work, and always follows through. I recommend him to anyone. He takes care of our outdoor baptistery pool End it is always ready to go when we need it.

We hired Outdoor Renovations to build us an outdoor Kitchen, replaster our pool and update our pool house. They did an excellent job finished on time and in budget. Very honest and thoughtful group of people and Eddie was an amazing and fun guy to work with..

When we purchased our home, it came with a pool that was built in 1983. After some research, we decided to have Mr. Ross and his company remodel our outdated pool. Mr. Ross came inside our home and presented us with a fair and reasonable bid within our budget. He and his crew did a magnificent job. They came in on schedule, kept a clean job site and were in and out. My wife added a last minute design in the bottom of our pool, Mr. Ross accommodated our request and again, did a spectacular job. Barring a couple of days of inclement weather, Mr. Ross and his crew were in and out right on time and left us a beautiful remodeled pool in time for Summer swimming. We have enjoyed our pool every year and our kids practically lived in it all Summer. Additionally, if I ever had a question on how to operate or if specific piece of equipment needed tweaking, Mr. Ross was happy to come out and help us. So, his customer service continued long after the sale was completed. We highly recommend Mr. Ross and his company, Outdoor Innovations for all of your pool and outdoor remodeling or updating jobs.!
