Used this company for all our doors and trims for two new house builds. Spent over $40,000. Down to finishing our basement and our sales rep left the company. Dealt with another and shortly after he left. Ordered material and was short shipped one item and over shipped another. It was three months of back and forth, the promise of a discount on my next order, pick up and drop off of miss shipped items....... after everything, its too late for pick up so now I have to pay for the short shipped items and am stuck with the over shipped. Called several times and even e-mailed the owner Fraser. NOTHING!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! The WORST customer service ever. Had many little defects in our doors as well. Not happy. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I have been using Brenlo trims and doors for over 10 years and every time the service, price and quality are been excellent. Now Todd helped my choose the perfect trim and doors for my new home that best suited the design and concept I wanted. Todd was a very big help to me. I would recommend Brenlo to anyone that wants service and quality and GREAT advise too!!
