Most of the time people are subject to a builder-client relationship that is about one party fighting to stay inside of a box and the other spending all of their energy trying to avoid the frustrations of those constraints. At Jamestown Builders, we believe there is a better way to build a home. Our staff are creative people who come from a diverse background that affords them the opportunity to look outside of the typical Builder context. Costs, codes and standards are important issues that we respect, but feel that they should be of secondary concern in the design process. A great painting doesn’t happen when the numbers are predetermined. Only the creative process can take something from blank space and turn it into a beautiful thing.
