We converted most of our first floor from carpet to hardwood recently with them. First off, I’ll start by saying the workmanship was great! They did a great job laying out the wood but wood quality is okay, not the best, maybe because it was on sale. It easily chips, even though we got hickory which is not supposed to chip easily. However, what I was really disappointed with was with the sales person. Pam was a very good sweet talker before we paid and came over to explain everything, even met with us multiple times to pick out the right wood, but as soon as we paid for the work, she became very nonchalant, which I expect in most businesses. However, she told us (multiple times) that she will recolor an existing transition threshold to match our wood color, and when I called her the day the work was ending, she completely switched her story and said she can’t do it because it wasn’t explicitly written down in the paperwork. She kept saying “we didn’t charge you for it” even though the square feet she took measurement for included that threshold. Even if she apologized and said she misspoke, I would have understood. But she was very mean, kept cutting me off and yelling, and no apologies. That left a very sour memory in my mind. And now we have to recolor the threshold separately with a contractor and pay more.

I've been in the design profession for over 25 years. In this time I have worked with Bradford Carpet on numerous projects. Both reidential and commercial and I have never been disappointed. The Installers are professional and have gone over and above to ensure a perfect install. The salespeople are extremly knowledgable . The owner Bob Mastrocola has personally taken his time to assist me in many of my projects. I highly recommend Bradford Carpet .

Bradford Carpet One is located on the North Shore but do work throughout Greater Boston. I have worked with them numerous times in the past when a client needed to update their flooring. I have worked with the owners Bob and Jessica as well as their Boston salesperson, Mel, and they have been able to install hardwood floors or install carpeting very quickly and economically. When dealing with builders and developers, as I often am, these are two very critical elements in choosing sub contractors. I strongly recommend this company to do any of your flooring projects!

I've only ever gone to Bradford for the carpets in my homes, and I will use only Bradford in the future. We've had wall-to-wall carpets installed, stair runners installed, hallway runners installed, and purchased many different sized area rugs. The amount of options that Bradford has in store is overwhelming in a good way. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you won't find it. And even the value options are really great quality. The people who work at Bradford are super friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the products they sell. And I appreciate their honesty - they really listen to your needs and budget concerns, and they will find you exactly what you want without upselling you. I also appreciate the little things - like making scatter rugs out of the remnants for us as a gift. The installers have been prompt, friendly, and professional, and do an impeccable job. They measure twice, cut/staple once. Needless to say, I've never been anything but impressed and happy with the end result. They are a wonderful family business who treat their customers like family. I would highly and always suggest you check out Bradford, you won't be disappointed.
