BP Banister

Our split level home - built in the 1980’s (we believe) had a banister/rating from the entrance level to the upper and lower floors when we purchased it. Now, at 79 3/4 years of age - I have pretty much pulled the railing to pieces - when climbing the stairs. For medical reasons - we made our new rail selection fro this firms excellent website, and then had their very personable estimator visit our home. From there, an estimate was prepared, and after a few phone calls, we paid our deposit. There was a wait period - then they gave us a firm date. Our installer arrived on promised date introduced himself as “Lenard” and went to work immediately. He covered everything that could get dust/sawdust on it, and brought in some tools. It took him virtually “NO TIME” to dismantle the old ones. Lenard is a “well experienced true PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER”. As we had selected fro website - every piece he installed was a surprise to us! He made EVERY piece fit - to perfection! The results are simply stunning! We could not even have imagined - in our wildest dreams - how much of a change this would make to our home! It is sturdy, elegant, and extremely well finished and fitted to our existing walls and flooring. Lenard is a true craftsman! He will not accept a “close fit” - it has to be perfect to meet his standard! Anyone needing an upgrade to their banister/railings should get ahold of this firm! You, like us - will be glad you did! Five stars is all they allow us to give this job - but it really deserves MORE than that.
