I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Bottega. They were professional and courteous and I am thrilled with the quality and appearance of the quartzite countertops I purchased. Bottega had the best slab selection around and the template and install process was flawless. Great communication throughout the process and I was even able to preview the template on the slab before it was cut. I had 2 complicated waterfall edges installed- they are stunning. My fabricator suggested that I look at Bottega's website for their inventory. After finding some slabs that interested me, I went to their facility to look in person, so that my fabricator could begin pricing. I was gruffly greeted by an older gentleman who immediately told me the website was not accurate and he didn't have any of the slabs that I liked. I asked him if I could look anyway. Within 2 minutes of walking through his warehouse his demeanor was so rude that I asked if I had done something wrong or not followed appropriate protocol in the industry in arriving at his facility to look at slabs. He told me that I had not, so I continued to look. The experience was so bad that I do not want to price any of his slabs. I visited 2 other facilities immediately after where I warmly greeted and helped by friendly staff. I felt so strongly about my negative experience that I wanted to write a review of my experience.
