Tracy and Jack Acord have overseen two remodels at our Eureka Springs house. We have been very pleased with the work and the service they provided. Great people who are great to work with.

We had our kitchen remodeled/updated and Tracy did an amazing job coordinating everything while we were gone. In a short amount of time we came to trust and value her taste and opinion. We really loved the final outcome. We followed that up with a master bath remodel which offered a few more challenges but still resulted in a more updated and useful bathroom space. We loved working with the Acord’s.

We worked with Acords last year for the remodeling of both our kitchen and baths. Jack and Tracy were extremely helpful with making choices appropriate for us. All workers were conscientious, punctual, and considerate. We would highly recommend Acords for building or remodeling projects.

We used Tracy Acord with Acord's Home Center for a remodeling project this spring. The project included removal of hardwood floors, removal of tile flooring, and replacing the tile and hardwood with new tile flooring. We just love the new look as well as the ease of maintaining our new flooring when compared to the hardwood floors. We also purchased new carpet and area rugs. Tracy and her subcontractors were extremely professional and the work was timely performed. Her subcontractors cleaned up the house daily, so we were never concerned about a mess. It is often a challenge to get good and reliable contractors in the Eureka Springs area, so we are thankful to have found her. We would highly recommend her and her business!

We recently had a major remodel job on our vacation home using Tracy Acord from Acord's Home Center as our contractor. To say we are very satisfied with the results is a huge understatement. The project included the following...flooring in the kitchen ,dinning room, living room, hallway, and bathroom...quartz counter top in the kitchen...back plash...new sink & faucet...cabinet hardware...trim through out the house...tore out a wall to open up the kitchen...painting of the ceiling through out the house...besides plumbing and electrical. Keep in mind we live over 500 miles away from the work site. My husband & I picked out the flooring & quartz counter top , but the rest of the project was planned via e-mail & texts. This could have been very stressful with the fact that we live so far away, but Tracy made us feel at ease. Her expertise and professionalism was extraordinary to say the lease. She coordinated all the projects in such a timely fashion that not only was our project done ahead of schedule, but also under budget. That to me is unheard of, and we are so grateful. Tracy took care of us, and we are glad to say that she is already working on another project for us. We would highly recommend Tracy Acord, and Acord's Home Center to anyone wanting a contractor to take care of their building needs.

I can not say enough good things about Acords Home Center. They recently completed 3 separate projects at our home. A kitchen remodel, added a sunroom, and installed a whole house generator. It was done in a timely manner by skilled and professional people. Jack and Tracy's hands on management and constant communication with us was by far the most pleasant and pain free project we have been a part of.. The experience went so well that we hired them to complete another project at our vacation house. Most importantly they met time lines, budget considerations, and quality of work.
