Had the pleasure of working with Paul and Virgile on our new home. Their service level far exceeded our expectations. We ended up furnishing 3/4 of our home with their products. Paul is always patient and offered good advice. He's our go to guy if we need anything else in terms of furnishings. I would not hesitate to recommend Virgile and his team to friends and family.

Bo Concepts is a hidden treasure in Vancouver. If you own a condo, and want to create a unique place, you owe it to yourself to check this store out near Granville island. They have very helpful and friendly staff and their furniture is reasonably priced. I initially had shopped at Inspiration Furniture which is a store just downstairs from the Bo Concepts but Bo concepts has more hip and modern European style selection. Their furniture is very intelligently designed and is not bulky like the stuff you get at the Brick. It fits in very nicely in condos where space comes at a premium so it helps to have furniture pieces that can multi task. The Sales associates at Bo concepts are also Designors. My Sales Associate Yumi Murayama, who was a pleasure to work with from the very start, , assisted me with space design and overall concept after finding out how I was going to use my space. She was very patient, and looked at the layout of my living room, and presented me with options on how I could arrange furniture pieces and suggestions on where to put the television, on the fireplace or the big wall near the dining room. She gave you time to think through the options and was not pushy. She even helped me confirm that the paint colors for the walls I had picked would coordinate well with the Furniture wood finish. They have special design software and can whip up quickly space configurations in 3D. It was very impressive indeed and takes the uncertainly away on whether the pieces will fit and secondly how it would look. The 3 D drawings service plus Yumi;s expert Design Perspectives helped me select the white handsome leather sectional sofa that anchors my living room, the smart coffee table and the credenza or the Sideboard as they call them in European design. She also helped me pick a beautiful large piece of art work over the dining room table as well as a gorgeous crystal chandelier. Sometimes when you are picking furniture, it is an asset to have a good Designor working with you as you pick pieces that will look good together when it is all done. More importantly you become more ambitious and adventurous in your selection when you have a professional like Yumi working with you. She was both a Sales Associate as well as a Designor. By the way there is no charge for these Design services. It is part of the service Bo Concepts provides. Now my place looks a like a multi million dollar condo that you would see in a Design Magazine, thanks to help I got from folks at Bo Concepts , Yumi Murayama and her Manager Virgile.

Walked in to the store and was greeted by the friendly staff, looked around and got some great suggestions for my needs. wife and I love the selection of BoConcept fits in the style we like in our home. over all a great experience! Nice to have some professional opinion shed some light to our dream home!

Was shopping for a home office desk with file cabinets. It has been a very pleasant experience with BoConcept Vancouver. Great customer services provided and they have been very thoughtful when it comes to customer's needs. The desk was shipped on time with excellent quality and no damage (before and after assembly). The cabinets were carefully assembled together on site with the exact arrangement wanted. I was very satisfied with my order and I would highly recommend it to all others.

It was a lovely experience buying in Boconcept Vancouver. Almost every piece of furniture from my house was bought from Boconcept Van. My consultant Ms. Joy helped us to choose all the lovely ones based on the structure of my house. It is great that all the pieces looks like personalized that perfectly fit to my place. The style of my project was positioned as 'modern elegance' by Ms.Joy which represents contemporary cozy and warm atmosphere, that was a smart choice for a young family with one or two kids like us. I appreciate Boconcept and Joy's hard work.

1. I ordered a table and realized the dimensions and functions of the table didn't match my needs. 2. I went back for consultation with Virgile (manager at Vancouver BoConcept) to see if I could change the order from the table to a sofa instead. 3. Virgile not only helped me to change the order, he was able to provide me detailed information on how to customize my own sofa. Having worked in the customer service industry, I am pleased to say the BoConcept team provided me with a great solution, they were good listeners to my concerns and needs. I've walked away with the perfect furniture, at the best price. I will definitely come back again !

I purchased a Bo Concept armchair from Ronald. He is very respectful of me and he gave me a very warm welcome. He is also a very good salesperson to followup my armchair. He reminded me the importance of using a good cleaning agent. Even though the leather conditioning agent was sold out, he called me a few weeks later and informed me of its availability. I really like his service.

My husband and I came into your store almost by accident and while we were very interested in purchasing a pair of accent chairs at some point that weekend, we had not expected to do so at your store. However, Heather Cameron engaged our attention within a few moments of arriving on the show floor and the experience we had with her was of very high quality. Heather was persistent with us, but not pushy. She was present whenever we had a question and was able to remove all of our barriers to sale with finesse so that we did not feel pressured. She asked great questions to find out what I wanted, including my overall vision for the room the chairs would go in. She understood my ideas, came up with great colour/fabric suggestions and also made some quick personal connections with us while talking, to help develop the relationship in a comfortable manner (example - when we told her we were from Kamloops, she identified her own origins in Salmon Arm and commiserated with us on the lack of shopping choices). This was just the right level of personal connection to make a customer feel comfortable. She anticipated and resolved all of our problems and concerns patiently and made us feel confident in our purchase. We were very happy, and look forward to picking up our accent chairs when they arrive at the warehouse.
