Chad designed a spectacular entertainment area in the lower level of our home featuring a 12 seat home theater, fitness room with full bathroom, billiard room and wine storage. The finishes were all custom and the AV design equally high-end. Chad was a pleasure to work with. His ability to understand our design aesthetic, flexibility in adjusting the design to our specific desires and follow through on all details during construction made the overall process a breeze.

My husband and I were planning on building our dream home, and went in to meet with Chad Blincoe with a fairly clear idea of what we wanted. He helped us so much in designing a beautiful, affordable, yet classic home. Chad worked with us, and our budget in making this become a reality. His eye for detail is amazing, and he did an amazing job. We recommend him highly, and would use his company in the future.

Chad was able to help us visualize a totally new floor plan with our kitchen renovation. I had been stuck for years. He came in and came up with a vision which we were able to translate into a beautiful new high end open work/living space. Totally worth it!
