Jason Alarid his son has been working along side his father from a young age, and formally became a partner in 1992. Jason is a full service general contractor with over 20 years of experience in remodeling homes, bathrooms, and kitchens. As well as specializing in commercial work, new home construction, and home additions. From start to finish, Alarid & Son combine uncompromising craftsmanship with attention to detail to provide complete customer satisfaction. Our diversified, skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable staff is here to meet and exceed your expectations. We were new to area interviewed several contractors, Alarid & Son Con. really stood out in professionalism and excellent communication as well as price. Complete kitchen remodel, updated living room and mstr bedroom and bathroom. Their motto should be,” We aim to please,” because they certainly did! We definitely will use this company for our next project without a doubt. Honest, reliable, and takes pride in his workmanship.

Jason has done 2 bathroom remodels and a fireplace rebuild, plus a few other tiling and small updates to our house in Pueblo. He is always wonderful to work with and does a great quality job. His crew always cleans up after themselves and Jason always keeps me up to date on what contractor will be at the house and their timeframe. He is also available to discuss problems and concerns when needed. He’s the only one I call and refer others to. Thanks Jason for all the great improvements to our home!

Alarid did a full build out of an empty space for our company. From start to finish, Jason was a delight to work with! He communicated throughout the process, bent over backwards to accommodate our aggressive schedule and came in under budget! His calm approach was refreshing during such a hectic time for our organization. I would not hesitate to hire Alarid & Son again for any construction or remodeling needs.

Feb. 2018 Alarid & Son completed a project inside & a project outside of my home. New floor, roof, screens gutters, etc. The workers are courteous, professional and above all know their job and do it well. I definitely recommend them. Thanks Jason.

Alarid & Son did a complex remodel for us . There service and communications were excellent. They are very professional, used excellent sub-contractors when needed and kept us up to date at all times. Along the way they offered suggestions that improved the project that we had not thought of and did so with out change orders or added costs.. We would recommend them for any project.

Jason and his crew do an excellent job. We are very pleased with the finished product and the quality of his work. Jason listened to, understood and honored our requests. He is always willing to answer questions and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the project. We have hired him to do two projects for us, and will use him again in any future projects we have, and highly recommend him to others seeking a reliable contractor. He has had his crew members for some time and they are trustworthy, so we did not have to worry about who would be working around our home.

I needed a project completed within two weeks. Jason immediately got things rolling and we finished ahead of schedule. Alarid & Sons were very professional, easy to communicate with and the work is great. I wouldn't hesitate using them again!

When our basement flooded we contacted Alarid&Son Construction for an estimate and time frame for start and completion on refinishing our basement.Mr.Alarid came and surveyed the area and told me what needed to be done .We agreed on the time frame and estimate. Next day he sent his crew in and work was started.we are impressed with the work quality,knowledge, and cleanliness his crew showed .work was completed in the time we agreed on.Mr Alarid also made sure he came at least once a day to make sure we were satisfied with the work going on.We highly recommend Alarid&Son Construction for this kind of work

Jason had plenty of notice on our time line, and said it was no problem, but he did not finish our house remodel in time for our move in. His painters were horrible. My new hardwood floor has paint drips sealed in it. My light fixtures, light switches, door hardware, etc has paint on them. Trim was painted free hand, and it shows. It’s very noticeable that some of our white 6panel doors were only touched up and not completely painted as agreed upon. We have light fixtures off center, ceiling lights that are uneven, and it’s obvious that they do not have a good door installer. The tile work in our new bathroom is beautiful. The carpet is lovely and looked great until the contractors textured a wall right after installation and didn’t bother to cover the new carpet. It took me 2 tedious hours to clean the texture out of my new carpet.

We have used Alarid & Son Construction for everything from, a New Home Build to more recently a Home Remodel, and on all counts, they have exceeded our expectations! Our Remodel is absolutely seamless!! As far as we are concerned, they ARE THE ONLY option for our construction needs. Seriously, the BEST in town!

Remodeled part of the basement. Finished the office/computer room, family room, added another bathroom and bedroom. The project was done to our satisfaction.
