Reeder Landscape

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Reeder Landscaping. From start to finish, their customer service left much to be desired. Communication was a constant struggle, with emails and calls often going unanswered for days. This lack of responsiveness made it frustrating to get even basic information about the project. The quality of their work was equally disappointing. The landscaping they provided fell far short of the promises made during the initial consultation. This lack of attention to detail was evident in the patchy and uneven lawn, giving the entire project an unfinished and unprofessional look. Furthermore, the professionalism of Reeder Landscaping was seriously lacking. The crews arrived late on multiple occasions and the owner seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. They lacked the expertise and knowledge one would expect from a professional landscaping company, and their attitude towards the project was indifferent at best. Overall, my experience with Reeder Landscaping was deeply unsatisfactory. Their poor customer service, subpar quality of work, and lack of professionalism left me feeling frustrated and regretful of choosing their services. I would strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their landscaping needs to this company.

They did our sod, flowerbed hardscape and patio just over a year ago. We are continually finding things that weren't done correctly. The sprinkler system leaked. An entire flowerbed along one side of the backyard is missing the weed blocking fabric, which was suppose to be under the rock. So now we will have to completely pickup the rock and start over. The sod is very uneven with gaps between the sod sections as wide as my foot. The whole project took more than twice as long as originally promised. Nothing they did was completely correct! I would never hire them for anything again!!

I am not sure how they were nominated for best of 2019. This is not the company I have dealt with. I wish I would of had the service that the other costumers enjoyed. Maybe our job wasn’t big enough or they were too busy opening the new store and expanding. I will never recommend this company. I have been trying to get my “small” job completed since June 26! We have more issues now than when we started! I can’t even get Blake to return a phone call. I have been waiting over a week. And I have called twice with in that week. I won’t go into all the detail but will post a few pics for you to see for yourself. Very disappointed with this company and it’s lack of communication!

Very easy to work with. We had a deadline to meet and they were very good at trying to meet that deadline.
